10 Minute Peanut Butter Bites

Growing up, my mom used to make these bite-sized, no-bake peanut butter balls RELIGIOUSLY for weekend dance competitions. They are the perfect little snack to fill you up and get in some energy and protein. I love making them now for before or in between class snacks! They are absolutely delicious and SO easy to make! It takes less than 10 minutes!

All you need:

  • 1 cup oats

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • ½ cup ground flaxseed

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly until combined. (Sometimes the next step can get sticky, so I’d suggested possibly chilling the dough for 5 minutes right now.)

Scoop out about 1-1 ½ tbs (no specifics) of the combined mixture and roll into a ball with your hands. Repeat until you’re done! Mine made about 18! Chill again in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!

If you know me, I’m a big peanut butter and honey lover so these are my ultimate fav! What’s your favorite go-to protein snack?
